Why NetSphere
Built on expertise. Driven by purpose.
We’re not a vendor. We’re not a reseller. We’re your dedicated technology advisor — with the engineering background to understand your infrastructure and the mission to make your organization run better.
Our Mission
“If one thing we can do is make the lives of those who serve the public 1% easier — then NetSphere has done its job.”
NetSphere exists for the organizations that keep the world running — healthcare providers, public service agencies, nonprofits, and the teams behind them. Every technology decision we help you make is one less burden on the people doing the most important work.
What We Stand On
Our Core Principles
The values that guide every client engagement
We tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. Our recommendations are based on your reality — not our margin.
Technology is only valuable when it connects people to what they need. We build lasting relationships, not transactional ones.
No task is too small, no challenge too complex. We bring full technical depth and commitment to every engagement regardless of scale.
We’re grateful for the opportunity to serve organizations that serve others. That gratitude shows in how we show up for every client.

The Person Behind NetSphere
Engineering expertise meets genuine purpose
With over five years in network and security IT, I’ve spent my career deep in enterprise infrastructure — configuring firewalls, designing network architectures, and leading organizations through complex migrations from legacy systems to modern cloud platforms. I’ve worked on countless projects, and what I’ve learned is that the technology is rarely the hardest part. Understanding the business problem behind the request — that’s where the real work happens.
I founded NetSphere because I saw a gap. Organizations doing meaningful public-facing work — healthcare, community services, government — were either overpaying for the wrong technology or navigating complex vendor decisions without anyone truly in their corner. That’s the gap NetSphere fills. As your Principal Technology Broker, I serve as your dedicated advisor, technical translator, and procurement advocate — with the engineering background to back every recommendation I make.
Through our partnership with Intelysus, I have access to a curated portfolio of industry-leading vendors across every major technology category — which means I can source the right solution regardless of your environment, industry, or scale. No task is too small. No challenge is too big.
WHAT SETS US APART
The NetSphere Difference
Four reasons clients choose us over traditional procurement
Vendor Neutral, Always
We represent you — not the vendors. Our recommendations are driven entirely by your requirements, your budget, and your environment. We have no financial incentive to favor one provider over another, which means you get honest, unbiased guidance every time.
Single Point of Contact
You work directly with Ric — from the first discovery call through signed contract. No account managers, no handoffs, no support queues. One relationship, one person accountable, complete continuity throughout your entire engagement.
Intelysus Partner Network
As an authorized Intelysus partner, NetSphere has access to a curated portfolio of best-in-class technology providers across SASE, UCaaS, CCaaS, physical security, mobility, connectivity, and more — giving you more options and better terms than going direct.
Real Engineering Background
Most brokers have a sales background. Ric has an engineering one. That means when we evaluate solutions for your organization, we understand the technical implications — compatibility, integration complexity, security posture, and long-term scalability — not just features and pricing.
