NetSphere audits your network, security, and communications stack — then stays on as your long-term technology partner, not a one-time fix.
Four service lines, one point of accountability.
We assess before we recommend — the vendor is a supporting detail, not the pitch.
| — | Service | Coverage |
|---|---|---|
| 01 | Technology Advisory | Ongoing, unbiased guidance on every technology decision — network, security, communications, or otherwise — assessed against our 10-domain NSUIF framework, not pitched from a vendor’s playbook. |
| 02 | Technology Infrastructure Expense Management & Aggregated Billing | Full lifecycle management of your telecom, cloud, and network invoices — consolidated into one auditable statement so nothing slips through as an unexplained line item. |
| 03 | Technology Financial Management | Budgeting, forecasting, and cost allocation across your technology spend, with renewal dates tracked in advance instead of discovered after the fact. |
| 04 | Technology Procurement | A repeatable sourcing process and a vendor-agnostic bench of partners — from RFP support through final contract negotiation, so you get better terms without doing the legwork yourself. |
“Ric has demonstrated an ability not just to manage the network systems he’s been entrusted with, but to actively take ownership of those systems and proactively identify opportunities for improvement … resulting in significant cost savings for our agency.”

Common questions.
Still have questions? Reach out directly — we’re happy to talk it through.
What does a technology broker actually do?
We assess your network, security, and communications environment, then match you to the vendor and solution that actually fits — not the one with the best commission. Think of us as an independent advisor with access to the full market, not a reseller pushing one product line.
Does it cost anything to work with NetSphere?
No. NetSphere is compensated by the vendors we connect you with, not by you. The assessment, the recommendation, and our advisory work are all free to you — there’s no invoice from us at any point in the assessment or advisory process.
Do you replace our existing IT team or MSP?
Not at all. We work alongside your internal team or managed provider, not in place of them. Our role is sourcing and vendor strategy — the day-to-day management of your environment stays exactly where it is.
How is NetSphere paid if not by us?
For advisory and brokerage engagements, NetSphere is compensated by the technology providers we connect you with, not by you. The assessment, recommendations, vendor evaluation, and advisory process come at no direct cost to your organization. Separate managed, financial, or project-based services may carry fees that are disclosed in advance.
How long does a free assessment take?
Most assessments start with a 30–45 minute discovery call, followed by a findings report scored against our 10-domain NSUIF framework. From there, timelines depend on the scope of what we’re evaluating — but there’s no obligation to move forward after the report.
What if we’re already happy with our current vendor?
Then the assessment simply confirms that — and you walk away with documented validation instead of a guess. We’re not incentivized to recommend a change for its own sake; if your current setup is the right fit, we’ll tell you so.
